    Yes! For any companies that either 1) have 10 or less employees or 2) are doing less than $1m in ARR, the discounted price is $7,500.
  • Can you also help with ongoing optimizations?
    Yes, I offer a retainer service to continuously refine, test and optimize your onboarding flow and other user journeys based on real user data and feedback. I also advise in other areas of product-led growth.
  • What do I actually get at the end of the process?
    By the end of our project, you’ll get a Figma file including: A completed onboarding journey mapping canvas Wireframe mockups with detailed recommendations for updating your onboarding screens, user flows, and empty states.
  • How long does the process take?
    End-to-end, the process takes roughly one month to complete. However, this timeline is highly dependent on how quick and timely your team can provide feedback on our iterations. Be prepared to sync with your team in a timely manner in order to keep the final stage of the process moving forward.
  • Who, specifically, is this course for?
    SaaS professionals that are either leading, building, or growing a product and are looking to build a successful onboarding journey that converts new sign-ups into loyal users and customers.
  • What will I learn in this course?
    You will learn the exact methods that I use to help companies optimize their onboarding strategy and increase activation and conversion. The course is made up of three main sections: 1. What Your Users Want Learn how to think through the lens of the user to know why different people sign up and what they want to experience.​​ 2. What They Need to Get What They Want Discover the key actions and activation milestones that users need to reach to achieve their goals. ​ 3. How To Help Them Get There Bring everything together and follow proven methods to build the best journeys towards activation and conversion.
  • How long is the course and what format is it in?
    The course is roughly 90 minutes long and is a video course with some attached modules that are text-based.
  • Is this course suitable for beginners?
    Absolutely! We cover everything from the basics to advanced strategies, making it suitable for professionals at all levels.
  • Is the course worth $150?
    I'll be sharing the exact methods that I have personally used and continue to use to help companies increase activation and conversion. I've spent hours making mistakes and refining these lessons, so you don't have to. I’m confident of the value I give in this course, but ultimately you’ll have to determine if getting a proven system to increase activation and conversion is worth $150 or not.
